Laura Breitenmoser

Marketing & Communication

I am currently in my 5th semester of the Major in Law and Economics. As Head of the Marketing and Communication Department, I hope that the HSG TALENTS Conference will provide me with good cooperation and an interesting exchange with a wide range of companies. I am looking forward to an exciting year!

Marc Tarnutzer

Marketing & Communication

I am currently studying business administration at Bachelor level. Topics such as economics and marketing have always fascinated me so that the department of marketing and communication offers me an optimal basis for further development in these areas.

Marco Bischof

Naturalsponsoring, Staff & Lounge

I am studying business administration in the 6th semester and I come from Horn in the canton of Thurgau. As a member of the organising team of the TALENTS Conference, I would like to gain valuable experience in event management and organisation. In addition, I am of course looking forward to many interesting and educational discussions with students, company representatives and sponsors.

Oliver Lisik

Opening Panel, Location Management & Modules

The HSG TALENTS Conference enables me to gain valuable experience in project and event management alongside my business studies. As the person responsible for the opening panel, room planning & modules department, I am committed to ensuring varied and creative contact between companies and students.

Michael Hochhauser

Thanks to the TALENTS Conference, I find a balance to my studies and can deepen the content that interests me. Some experience in event and IT project management helps me to reliably complete my tasks as the IT responsible. I hope that my efforts will enable my fellow students to have an exciting conference and contribute to a lively exchange between companies and students.

Karolina Schlegelmisch

Career Fair

I'm studying business administration in my 5th semester and I come from Solothurn. I play the violin and piano alongside my studies. By taking part in the HSG TALENTS Conference, I hope to expand my knowledge in the field of project planning and to be able to organise a successful event as part of the team. I would like to contribute to organising an interesting career fair and look forward to a lively participation.

The HSG TALENTS Conference is a student initiative and as the official recruitment event of the University of St. Gallen, it brings together over 100 companies and more than 1,700 students each year. The conference is organized by a team of six students under the direction of Career & Corporate Services (CSC).
The HSG TALENTS Conference offers students of the University of St. Gallen a unique opportunity to get to know representatives of more than 100 companies and to make initial contacts with potential employers. At the same time, it gives companies the opportunity to recruit new talented students for their company as part of the event.

The HSG TALENTS organisation team is supported by:

The Career & Corporate Services (CSC) at the University of St.Gallen (HSG) defines itself as a partner and impulse giver for recruiting organizations. The HSG TALENTS Conference organizing team, which is under the general guidance of the CSC, uses its insights and know-how to accomplish the recruitment and marketing goals of the companies.

The programme of the Career & Corporate Services (CSC) supports students in their career planning. The continuous education of the counsellors along with the regular exchange with company representatives and their involvement in the seminars, workshops and trainings, allows the CSC to provide students with individualized professional and career-relevant support.

The Career & Corporate Services (CSC) also creates platforms for students to meet and build their own network with alumni and company representatives. In doing so, the CSC acknowledges the importance of the University network as a whole, its interconnectedness with local and international stakeholders and the development of mentoring relationships and long-term bonding between the University and its alumni.

In an advisory capacity, the Advisory Board provides important and groundbreaking impulses and supports the project management and the HSG TALENTS organisational team in key decision-making processes.

The advisory board is made up of representatives from the Career & Corporate Services, the university administration, student body, AIESEC, alumni and executive school and serves the team to address current problems and obtain feedback on the current project phase.
